SkMkCD helps you to generate special ISO image so that you can modify DM2 data of Sega version easily.
I designed this tool because the emulator fails on normal ISO file. Although it is simple story that you rewrite ISO image to add modification to exist CD image, it fails with general ISO image generator (Nero, B's recorder, ...).
SkMkCD is designed to help DM2GDED modification test against Sega version.
